About Us

Hello! My name is Guilherme Heringer and the story I’m going to tell begins 13 years ago, when in 2011 I decided to leave the agency I was working for to follow my own path.

The reason for this was very noble and visionary, I wanted to do things the way they should be done, focusing on the results for my client! Success would be a consequence of this. I was only 19 years old, and had been working in design since I was 17.

So, with just a notebook and a dream, I had the opportunity to create a blog about beauty for a friend who was already well-known in this field, and my payment was that she allowed one of my banners to be on her blog for a year. This way, I had the opportunity to start my agency, since, in a short time, I already had signed contracts with other blogs and also companies all over Brazil.

In a few months, I started to get my first clients in my city of residence at the time, and the comments I received were always “Wow! It looks like a foreign brand website” and I knew why. My competition was still making websites in Flash and I was already using Tableau to develop everything I did. After all, that was the reason I had left my job to open my own agency. I was absolutely certain that I could deliver something better.

13 years ago, I decided that I wanted to have my own agency, because I knew I could do better for my clients.

Time passed and I started receiving many requests to create virtual stores and then I realized that this was a booming market and I accepted the challenges. I studied, studied and studied until I felt ready and started developing my first e-commerce. At that time, the agency was still called Heringer Design, I still used WordPress and took care of everything, such as the server, among other processes. It was a success, and I realized that this was exactly what I wanted the agency to do from then on. I hired my first employee for development and, after a few projects, we decided to migrate all the stores we had contracts with to Tray, without charging these clients for it, and that was a total turning point for us.

The agency was now called Lemoon. The year was 2015, we already had a full team, a large office and a photography studio where my beautiful wife, Winny Heringer, started working with us. And it was in that year, with the change of platform and all this evolution of structure, that we began to be able to make clients who previously couldn’t sell to start having 50,000, 100,000 or more in monthly sales, remembering that we were starting from ZERO.

The reason for this was that, with the change of platform, we began to be able to offer other services, including performance marketing and photography, without worrying about servers and very expensive support.

In 2015, we took great strides to transform Lemoon into what it is today.

In 2016, we moved to a place called “Espaço Arp”, to a 100m2 studio where we had complete freedom to create campaigns and have our entire team present.

It was here, between 2016 and 2018, that everything changed once again, and we had the opportunity to work for the first time with clients who sold millions of reais per month. We got closer to Wake Commerce, which at the time was called FBITS, and we started to have much more robust stores,

we did international launches, photo campaigns with famous models. We had the opportunity to meet and work together with large e-commerce operations.

At the end of 2018, my wife and I decided that we would move to Portugal with the same intention that we have in our company, challenges, experiences and stories to tell. Thus, we maintained operations in Brazil and left Lemoon free to create national and international ties. And, contrary to initial expectations, by migrating from a physical space to a 100% digital company, Lemoon reached an even greater number of clients.

In 2019, the current chapter of Lemoon begins, an agency that has had a very clear reason for existing since the beginning, which is the thought: “we can do it right and better”. This is not a phrase of competition with competitors, but rather of being able to deliver what our client expected they would receive and always trying to exceed these expectations. Today, Lemoon operates in a way that I always dreamed of, we have an extremely dedicated team that really cares about what they are doing. We have wonderful clients who have been with us for years. We have managed to overcome all the challenges and changes in the market and achieve more and more, without neglecting our care and affection for everything we do.
